I'm a new customer looking for a PPP loan and the system won't let me register

I am a brand new customer looking for a loan and the system won't let me register.

We understand that your inquiry is specific to creating a new account with us for a PPP loan. Please note, we are not able to accept general registrations at this point in time. We are only able to accept applications from existing ACAP + The Loan Source borrowers and our referral partners.

If you were referred to us by one of our partners, please ensure you are registering through their specialized link. Please note, Chrome browser is preferred. Please ensure you are entering your EIN/TIN/SSN # without the dash, and that the password you entered meets all listed requirements (minimum length of 10 characters, including one uppercase and one lowercase letter, one number and one special character).
