My loan has been stuck in "Submitted to SBA" for a long time

Please note, this means the SBA has assigned your application an error code that is preventing your it from receiving final approval.

Please refer to/be on the lookout for an email from us titled “PPP Loan Application – Important Notice” for the specific SBA errors that we need you help to address.

To address your specific loan situation please provide the requested supporting documentation to SBAErrorcodes@acapgp.com as soon as possible. Do not contact Customer Service for these errors as they cannot assist you regarding these items.

Please note that this process could take several weeks to complete and is conducted entirely by the SBA. As soon as we have an update to provide, we will contact you.
